    Eligibility for Returns:

    Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or faulty upon receipt.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

    The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

    Reporting a Fault:

    To report a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at info@burrobrand.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

    Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and any relevant photos or documentation to help us assess the issue.

    Return Process:

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the faulty item.

    Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

    Refunds and Replacements:

    If the faulty item is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.

    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    Exclusions:

    We do not accept returns for items that are not faulty, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size or color, or accidental damage after delivery.

    Shipping Costs:
